1. Apply online using the application form and submit the initial charge of £20.
2. We will send you a simple letter authorising Morgan Lowry Limited to act on your behalf in all dealings with your Bank, in pursuant of your claim.
3. If you don’t have bank statements for the past 6 years, we will require a cheque for £10 payable to your Bank, which is obliged to supply the necessary statements.
4. Upon receipt of your authority, we will manage the whole process for you and keep you informed all along the way.  All you will have to do is to wait for your refund.
5. After the successful completion of your case, we will refund the initial £20 charge and bill our fee of 20% of the total amount reclaimed.
